  + The Front Desk Customer Service was Exceptional! The hotel is clean, has a beautiful viewof the ocean, infinity pools and is located on bus routes that can take you easily to town and beaches. The daily breakfast that was included was amazing as well.

  + The location was fantastic as it was only a 20 minute bus journey into Chania town and where the hotel is on the island made it easier to get to the likes of Balos and elafonissi beaches. The hotel itself was really nice and we were very fortunately upgraded to the executive wing which came with the added benefit of a secluded swimming pool and bar area.

The hotel itself was beautiful, comfortable, and perfectly located. It’s rare to encounter such dedication and quality—our experience was beyond expectations.   + Amazing property! Best all inclusive food by far and staff was great! From the front desk to the be and buffet everyone was pleasure. 10-12 min drive to the Old Port and some good restaurants within walking distance. I will definitely be back!
