Who you are contracting with
PriceChrono is operated by Divil d.o.o., Maribor, Slovenia (registration 9085343000, VAT SI81162065). We run the search and the price measurement.
We are not the seller of your stay. When you book, the merchant of record is Nuitee Connect, who takes your payment and holds the contract for the accommodation together with the property. Your card details are entered in their payment form and never reach our servers.
What we earn
We add a margin of 7 %to the supplier’s net rate. That margin is our entire income from a booking, and it is already inside every price you see on this site — there is no fee added at the last step.
We tell you this because the whole point of PriceChrono is that a price should not hide anything. Large booking sites typically take 15–25 %. We take less, which is why our prices for the same room are usually lower.
Prices and when they become binding
Search prices are live but not reserved. Before you pay, we ask the supplier to confirm the exact room at the exact price. If the price changed, we show you the new one and charge nothing until you agree.
Prices are per stay, in euros, for the party size you chose, and include taxes and fees payable at the property where the supplier declares them. Anything payable at the property is listed separately on the offer.
Cancellations and changes
The cancellation policy belongs to the rate you choose and is shown before payment. Rates marked non-refundable cannot be cancelled for a refund. Rates marked free cancellation can be cancelled until the date stated on the offer.
To cancel or change, write to hello@pricechrono.com with your booking reference. Refunds are issued by Nuitee Connect to the card you paid with.
If something goes wrong
If your payment succeeds but the booking does not confirm, we say so on screen immediately and the money is refunded by Nuitee Connect. Write to us with the reference and we will chase it for you.
Problems at the property itself — the room, the building, the service — are between you and the property, but tell us anyway: it is a signal about that hotel, and we would rather know.
Your data
To make a booking we store your name, email, the property, the dates and the price. We keep it as long as the booking is legally relevant for accounting, then delete it. We never store card details, dates of birth or identity documents. See what we store for the full picture.
Law
Slovenian law applies. As a consumer in the EU, you keep any rights your own country’s law gives you regardless of what this page says.
