  Frustrating

  − Upon check in they requested a safety deposit of 1.000$ on my credit card. After check out with no extras at all they said it would be released within 24h. Three days later the amount is still being held and they ignore of course all my emails so far. So for me it’s not about location or facilities or anything for that matter, because NY is packed with hotels with excellent location and facilities and eventually with better prices. It is about respecting the costumer and after sales behaviour.

  Always a great stay!

  + I’ve stayed here many times. The location is close to midtown but not in the craziness of Times Square. Staff is always nice and accommodating.
