+ Breakfast was very good but slow service
− The AC system in our room broke . We were at a wedding when we were notified that it could not be fixed and that we would be moved to another room. Late at night when we came back we asked for help to repack and move and were told that there was no one who could help. We were pretty unhappy and I think the attendant understood and someone showed up to help move our things from one room to the other . There was no apology or mention of the incident till I was asked on departure how it was and said the stay was just ok. After explaining why they credited $75 from my stay. A 5 star hotel should be able to offer a better response to these situations
