  − Hot water was not working the second day. When I raised the issue with the reception staff, they mentioned that some pipe works were being installed, however gave me a false promise that they could provide me a room in a different floor with hot water facilities. They showed me two different rooms which didn’t have hot water facilities as well. It looked like the entire hotel had an issue with the hot water supply but the reception staff were not honest and explicit. Rather they were trying to satisfy me by moving to a different room which didn’t work. I had to wait until 11:30 pm to hear back from the reception staff that they can’t provide me a room with hot water facilities. I was exasperated and upset. 😠
