  + Really nice place! It's in a nice area, with not many touristics, and a lot of great restaurants. It's comfortable, super clean, and offers morning coffee snacks, that you can eat in the garden they have in the back. It's also very close to train and metro station, so it's very fast to go to all main areas (30 min from Narita airport). And you can walk to the Ueno park, which is a great park and has great museums!

  + The staff was exceptional. They were all very compassionate and accommodating. The room was super clean and peaceful. They have quite hours which is a plus. I really liked that they are a little more eco friendly than other hotels in Japan. I feel like they reduced the use of single use products with things that could be cleaned again. I really appreciate that a lot. The staff and detail of reduce, reuse and recycle was refreshing. I took a video of my room and sadly I can only upload photos her.

  − I stayed at a lot of hotels during my travels around Japan. I always try to book a hotel with a tub. I was surprised this did not have tub in it. I did book this last minute and completely an oversight of mine. Aside from that everything was amazing.
