  Alles Perfekt, Lage in einem guten Viertel, viele Supermärkte und Restaurants fußläufig erreichbar

  Super Apartment im nördlichen Teil von Hamburg, sehr gut Erreichbar für Messebesuche.

  + Informationen zum Check-In wurden sehr schnell und über mehrere Wege übermittelt. Apartment ist sauber und geräumig. Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine für längeren Aufenthalte vorhanden. Liegt direkt an einer Bushaltestelle zum Hauptbahnhof und sehr nahe an der Messe Schnelsen.

  − Dusche könnte renoviert und besser gereinigt werden, Türe ist nicht richtig eingehängt.

  + Self-Check-In verlief völlig problemlos ! Wurde alles vorher mitgeteilt. Der Kontakt zu Herrn Uwe vom Endt war sehr nett - er hat auf Fragen sofort geantwortet und auch schnell und freundlich eine Lösung gefunden !! Das Appartement 4 war schön gross und sauber... Ein paar Meter entfernt Bushaltestelle - mit Linie 5 in etwa 30 Minuten im Zentrum !

  − Parkplatzsituation könnte besser sein....besonders , wenn man das Auto täglich nutzen und immer wieder einen Parkplatz an der Strasse suchen muss....haben leider schon gleich einen Strafzettel über 55 € zuhause vorgefunden, da wir an der Straße geparkt haben, dies aber wohl kein Parkplatz war....war aber durch keinerlei Schild oder sonstiges gekennzeichnet.... Bisschen mehr Tassen und Teller wären schön. Bei geöffneten Fenstern ziemlicher Strassenlärm....wenn sie geschlossen sind, aber ruhig.

  + Der Zugang mit Code, der Bus direkt vor der Haustür

  − Kompletter Boden total staubig. Handfeger erst nach Anforderung. Sonst garkeine Reinigungsgeräte. Ein Stieltopf und eine kleine Pfanne war das gesamte Kochequipment!! Tv sehr modern mit Apps. Aber ohne Anleitung schwierig zu bedienen.
