  Budget 5 star hotel in Doha in reality 3.5 to 4 star!!!

  + Staff, are pleasant if you ask for help, they will try and support. Breakfast was OK, and the chef during the morning breakfast, would make a delightful omelette. They have a reasonable size pool on the roof. Also, have a basic gym to help you to burn those calories. The lady at Check-in, forgot her name.was quite nice, kind, helpful, humble and beautiful. She kept smiling while customers would give her a hard time. I would not have that kind of patience to be honest and great customer service skills. 24 hour gym was handy. Spacious lobby. Budget Hotel - cost effective.

  − They have one or at times two desks for Check-in only. So, they can be quite a queue. Also, there is no concept who is waiting in line so customers tend to just push in. You can hear noises from other rooms, so sound proofing between rooms is quite poor. The pool area, deck chairs and the changing rooms/WC on the roof are quite tacky like a rundown public toilets in the UK If you used the ceiling shower, the bathroom floor would become flooded, mold in areas of the bathroom. The gym felt claustrophobic, and some of the equipment could do with a revamp. Big stains on the carpet in my room. The chair leather was ripped. The pole to hang your clothes, wasn't secured properly or screwed in the wardrobe. The pole would just fall out of it's support. Only one hanger provided to hang your clothes. No bathrobe provided.

  − Te cambian las condiciones, los horarios de entrada, no contestan los mail y cuando consigues hablar por teléfono te piden el doble de lo que has pagado para que lo hagas fuera de booking a un número de cuenta por transferencia. Tuvimos que irnos a otro hotel y perder el dinero
