  Ok, wouldn’t stay again

  + The property was nice and spacious.

  − The instructions/directions to arrive were not made clear until we had issues at the airport and the driver was not sure where to go and I had to ask the host for clarity. The incorrect password was provided to the WiFi and the host did not respond timely. My phone would not work for a few hours my first night & no WiFi due to the incorrect password. Asked about additional toilet paper and was told we had to buy it which we had no problem with but wish we would’ve been notified before arriving or listed on the booking. However, we did find the additional toilet paper days later, but I guess the host just didn’t know it was there. The shower did not have hot water. Told the host and he said he would get someone to come after the holiday, no one never came. The shower drain is also stopped up. Shower corners looked dirty. Door knob to the bathroom door fell off. After we went out on our third day, we came back to a flooded kitchen & living room. We realized the dishwasher (which we never touched) was automatically turning on & leaking a lot water. Told the host, he said someone would come to take a look & no one ever came. We just left the dishwasher open so it would not turn on but the water was never cleaned up. The toilet was also frustrating to flush. We had to flush, wait for it to stop running, then flush again. Host also told us Uber was not available in Cap Cana, which was not true. Other visitors told us that they used Uber, so we used Uber as well during our last couple of days. Overall, place was ok and does look like the pictures, but I would not stay here again due to the issues we had.

  Wonderful short stay at Punta Palmera. Cap Cana Marina very close by with beautiful views and great restaurants.

  + This condo has a beautiful ocean and pool view. We loved the spacious living room and balcony. Kitchen well equipped, washer and dryer a plus. Beautiful furniture and very comfortable beds. We will return!
