  + Der Aufenthalt hier in Hamburg war wirklich super und rundum angenehm! Die Lage ist absolut top: Man hat direkt in der Nähe viele Läden und tolle Restaurants, und auch die Bahn ist schnell zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sauber und es war einfach alles da, was man so braucht. Was mir besonders positiv aufgefallen ist: Es wurde sich zwischendurch immer mal wieder erkundigt, ob alles passt und man sich wohlfühlt. Der Gastgeber ist total zuvorkommend und kümmert sich wirklich um seine Gäste. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service!

  Ruhige, zentrale Wohnung mit altem Bad und schlechter Lüftung.

  + Der Vermieter ist recht feundlich und hilfsbereit und übergibt den Schlüssel persönlich. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral an S-/und U-Bahn sowie Supermarkt und anderer Geschäfte (5 Minuten zu Fuß). Sie ist recht geräumig und bietet einen großen Schrank. Da nach hinten raus, ist die Wohnung recht ruhig. WLAN vorhanden, aber nicht sehr schnell (5G Empfang ist gut und schneller).

  − Diese Wohnung hat keine Fenster, sondern Lichtbausteine mit kleiner Kippöffnung. Dadurch schlecht zu lüften. Vielleicht darum riecht es unangenehm in der Wohnung. Aussen ist recht helles Licht im Hof, deswegen ist schlafen nur mit Vorhängen möglich. Das recht kleine Bad ist schon in die Jahre gekommen, im WC befindet sich kein Lüfter. Die Wohnung liegt im EG, darüber ist noch eine Wohnung. Alles ist hellhörig, man hört Geräusche von z.B. schiebenden Stühlen aus der Wohnung im OG. Die Küche ist funktionell, könnte mehr Gläser und grosse Teller haben (vielleicht trinken Hamburger Wein nur alleine, da nur 1 Weinglas vorhanden). Zur Zeit ist in der Nähe eine Baustelle, mit Behinderung muß gerechnet werden, aber keine Bauarbeiten in der Nacht.

  − WiFi quasi nicht vorhanden. Leider wurde aus den Angaben von Booking.com nicht deutlich, dass es sich um ein Apartment im Keller mit quasi Null Licht handelt.

  Es war sauber mit wenigen Abstrichen und die Lage ist super. Für den Preis in Ordnung

  + Die Lage war wirklich top und das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Zimmer war soweit sauber und die Gemeinschaftsküche, das Bad und die Lounge waren gut und funktionell eingerichtet. Der Preis war für meine kurzfristige Buchung sehr fair.

  − Es roch in der gesamten Unterkunft leicht feucht/muffig/nach Zigaretten. Der Abfluss der Dusche war nicht ganz frei, sodass das Wasser sich am Boden sammelte. Die Gemeinschaftsbereiche waren teilweise staubig. Die Tür war sehr dünn und quasi nicht schallgedämpft, sodass man alles aus dem Flur mitgehört hat und umgekehrt wahrscheinlich ebenso.
