  + Ho soggiornato in questa struttura e nel complesso mi sono trovata bene. Ottima la posizione: all’interno del residence c’erano piscina, palestra e supermercato, e appena fuori si trovano tanti ristoranti e un negozio che fa succhi freschi davvero buoni – assolutamente da provare! Un buon punto d’appoggio per chi cerca comfort essenziali e una zona ben servita. Mostafa mi ha dato tanti consigli su spiagge, ristoranti, vita notturna ecc

  Vacanza a Sharm perfetta.

  + Appartamento in posizione eccezionale. Comodo a tutti i servizi. Bar,ristoranti, supermercati e la spiaggia di Naama Bay, dista,a piedi,15 minuti. Era pulito e ben tenuto, che non è cosa scontata,quando affitti un appartamento a Sharm! Il proprietario, Mostafa,persona gentilissima e pronta ad aiutarmi per qualsiasi cosa avessi bisogno. Mi ha addirittura,il primo giorno dopo essermi venuto a prendere all aeroporto, portata a fare la spesa per l appartamento. Finito il mi soggiorno mi ha riaccompagnato all aeroporto e mi ha dato ottimi consigli, perché avevo il Visto scaduto. Che dire..vacanza perfetta. Grazie mille Mostafa per la cordialità che mi hai riservato. Tornerò a settembre e soggiornerò nel tuo appartamento, che è diventato un pò la mia seconda casa. 😊

  Lovely apartment, great location

  + Great location, the property was spacious, very comfy bed, the owner even dropped off some washing powder for me to do my laundry, even offered to take me out to some spots in Sharm. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. The apartment is clean and has aircon. Nets over the windows too to stop the bugs. Towels and extra sheets to change. 5 star all round. Thank you!

  + The flat is excellent located. The house is big and very comfortable. The internet works very well. There is a big TV with channels in English which was great as some others cable suppliers only have Arabic channels. There is an air conditioner but I haven't used it as I travelled in winter but it has no heating unfortunately. There is public transportation 100 meters away from the house that takes you anywhere in a blink of an eye. The public beach is about 20 minutes walking. I haven't seen the pool in the complex to be honest. Mostafa was very helpful, he picked me up from the airport and took me to the supermarket to get water and some other supplies. He also provided good guidance about the city! The kitchen had plenty of utensils although an oven tray would be helpful.

  − The cleaning was not good. The bed/bedding and the sofa were not clean. The bed mattress needs a cover as well to feel safe against bugs. The hairdryer didn't work.
