  Con qualche miglioria piccola correzione ci ritornerei

  + Appartamento al piano 6 di un enorme condominio con 3 ascensori. Proprietaria gentilissima unica ad averci accolto di persona, si è prodigata a spiegare tutto nel dettaglio. Appartamento ben attrezzato lavatrice cucina macchina caffè, ombrellone asciugamano.

  − Primo punto negativo difficilissimo trovare parcheggio a meno che non si vada a pagamento a 5 min dall'appartamento. Il divanoletto non era proprio pulitissimo per quanto riguarda i cuscini fissi. il monolocale ingloba la veranda balcone diventata parte dell'appartamento e presenta un finestra del corridoio comune oscurata con una tenda. Rapporto prezzo qualità forse alto
