  + Reception desk staff are polite and 24/7

  − It was not clean, the shower was broken and one of the rooms did not have the shelf to put the clothes. No balcony or table to eat food on it.

  − Завтрак проходит в соседнем кафе и допускается всего 350 грамм если больше этого нужно доплачивать. Вот это я чуть чуть не поняла но принципе нам хватило.

  + Die Frühstücksauswahl war großartig und es war sehr lecker, aber nur 300 Gramm.

  − Ich möchte kurz schildern, wie unser Aufenthalt abgelaufen ist. Wir hatten das Hotel im Voraus gebucht, uns bereits vorher ein bestimmtes Zimmer ausgesucht und dieses auch im Voraus bezahlt. Als wir abends im Hotel ankamen, wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass unser Zimmer inzwischen an andere Gäste vergeben worden sei. Man hätte aber ein anderes Zimmer für uns und fragte, ob das für uns ein Problem sei. Was soll man darauf um 22 Uhr noch antworten? Dass es für uns nicht in Ordnung ist und wir uns mitten am Abend ein anderes Hotel suchen? Das Ersatzzimmer war kleiner als das von uns gebuchte Zimmer. Im Schlafzimmer lagen zwar vier Kissen, aber es gab nur eine leichte Bettdecke. Deshalb musste ich schließlich meinen eigenen Schlafsack auspacken. Außerdem war die Schalldämmung des Zimmers sehr schlecht – der Straßenlärm war deutlich zu hören. Dann kam das Frühstück. Frühstück war im Preis inbegriffen. Vor Ort erfuhren wir allerdings, dass wir dafür etwa 100 Meter zu einem anderen Ort laufen mussten. Gut, also gingen wir dorthin. Dort bekamen wir einen Simit, eine Flasche Wasser, Tee oder Kaffee und etwa 300 Gramm Essen. Für alles, was darüber hinausging, musste man extra bezahlen. Für die 60 Euro, die wir für dieses Hotel bezahlt haben, finde ich das insgesamt zu teuer. Ich gehöre nicht zu den Menschen, die sich im Urlaub gerne beschweren oder streiten – schon gar nicht gleich am Anfang des Urlaubs. Deshalb schreibe ich lieber diese Bewertung, und jeder kann selbst entscheiden, ob er dieses Hotel buchen möchte oder nicht. Ich persönlich würde es nicht weiterempfehlen.
