+ A very nice studio, furnished in specific local style, clean and very well equipped. We benefited from the swimming pool, gym, market and free parking. The host was very kind and helped us immediately when we needed it. I will definitely come back to this apartment on my next vacation.

Very nice apartment & Good Value for Money
+ The apartment is on the grown floor, with a nice swimingpool on the back. Very comfortable, has everything you need in a quite closed condominium, The host left us some fruits and drinks in the fridge, which we really appreciated. We travelled with our pet dog Chihuahua and was perfect for us. I would definitely go back.
− Breakfast is not so good, needs improvement, and the property is quite far from the beach. Toilette don't flush well, but this is a general problem in Egypt.

Unless the owner takes charge of maintaining this place, I would stay away.
+ The apartment itself, If it was properly cleaned and maintained, would be an okay choice. Unfortunately that is not the case. The owner, who lives abroad, tries to help out, so that is always a good sign at least.
− Unfortunately I had issues from the very beginning. Waited a long time to get the keys to the apartment. After entering, it was clear that the place as not properly cleaned. Found cockroaches right next to the entrance. There is a visible gap under the main door to the apartment, insects can go right in! I also had to ask to change the sheets, they had weird spots all over and did not seem cleaned as well. When I arrived there was also no WIFI installed. A guy came later to set up the modem, but the WIFI was so slow that I could not even open a website. The first shower, the water would not go down the drain, it just overflown and flooded the bathroom. The entire place is clearly very poorly maintained, a big shame. The owner lives abroad and has people take care of the apartment and obviously that is done very poorly. He honestly tried to help with a few things, even charged my local sim card so I can get mobile internet, but it is too little to compensate really. To sum up the entire stay, when I asked for an airport transfer the last day, the owner confirmed the hour, but no one showed up at the spot. I had to rush to the main road to catch a taxi of the street. I would recommend to stay away...
