  「快適」でした！ありがとうございました。

  + 02号室を予約しましたが、トイレ、バスルームが2階、そこから更に階段を上がるとキッチンや寝室があるので、トイレの音が聞こえません。トイレを使う時お互い気を使わなくていいのは良かったです。 ゴミの分別の蓋付きボックスがあって衛生的。缶、ペットボトルのボックスがあったのが嬉しかったです！ 3泊の滞在だったので、洗濯機があったのもありがたかったです。乾きにくいものは徒歩5分くらいの所にコインランドリーがあったのでそこで乾かしました。 立地もよく、歩いてすぐの所にドラッグストア、スーパー、100均、コンビニもありとても便利でした。

  − テレビ前のソファベッドを引き出す時に大きな音がして下の階の方にご迷惑じゃないか心配でした。

  + 新大阪駅から御堂筋線で一駅と近く、その気になれば徒歩でも十分可能。

  − 民泊だが、チェックインの方法がBooking.com上では不明瞭で、メッセージで問い合わせなければ詳しいことがわからず、不安になった。 リビングは3階になるが階段が急。階段脇の壁が滑って掴めず、昇降の際に頼ろうとすると危険と感じた。壁側に別に手すりはあるが、うっかり壁を掴もうとしないよう注意を要した。

  Gerne wieder

  + Ruhige Lage. Komplette Ausstattung mit Küche und Waschmaschine. Supermarkt um die Ecke. Ebenso 7-11 Combini und Domino Pizza-Dienst. Und einige einheimische Restaurants. Anschluß an die Bahnlinie ist auch in der Nähe (10-12 Minuten zu Fuß). Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut gewesen.

  − Schlafcouch ist schon älter. Der Küchentisch ist sehr wackelig und müsste mal repariert werden. Bevor man diese Ferienwohnung anmietet, sollte einem klar sein, dass diese sich über 3 Etagen erstreckt ( mit relativ steilen Treppen). Wer körperlich nicht fit ist, sollte das wissen. Ansonsten gibt es nichts zu meckern. Wir würden sie wieder nehmen.

  + Das Appartement liegt in einem ruhigen Viertel von Osaka unweit der Shin-Osaka Station. Hier gibt es direkt nebenan Supermärkte und kleinere Restaurants. Ein Bäcker mit Sauerteigbrot ist nur 5 Gehminuten entfernt.

  Would book again in Osaka

  + Good space, clean, and 5-10mins from the metro, with 7-11 and supermarket nearby. Restaurants are also nearby too.

  − Stairs can feel a bit steep when you are sleepy, and can be a bit difficult with larger luggage.

  Very good!!

  + Quite big compared to other apartments I have rented, quiet zone, very clean, kitchenware and everything else provided was diverse and more than enough for a comfortable stay. Easy check in, quick replies from the host, between 10-20min walking from train, metro and big supermarkets, and with a couple of convenience stores very close by. Overall, very convenient!!

  − Only the stairs are a bit difficult to climb with suitcases or heavy bags
