  Split leuk voor een dagje maar niet voor langer

  + de airco, de keuken en de wasmachine

  − Appartement was niet goed schoongemaakt, veel oude producten in kasten van vorige huurders, geen extra beddegoed, geen dekens, geen extra kussens op de standaard minikusens na, te kleine douchcabine, te kleine boiler dus geen warme douchegelegenheid, niet voldoende borden, glazen, bekers enz., te klein balcon en dus zitten of wasgoed buiten drogen moeilijk, uitzicht op vrachtwagens en een herdershond die de hele dag bij 35 graden in een hok in de brandende zon wordt opgesloten (zorgt voor ongemakkelijke gevoelens). Parkeerplaats gemakkelijk bereikbaar alleen weer weg komen is een horror omdat je de hele oprit weer achteruit moet (zeker als je een wat grotere auto heb). Buurt is in opbouw dus verpaupering van oude gebouwen. Communicatie host onmogelijk per telefoon want wordt niet opgenomen dus alleen via berichten via booking (die dus niet altijd gelijk worden gelezen). Daardoor uiteindelijk nog een extra lakenset en handdoeken kunnen krijgen. Geen uitleg verder hoe je het gebouw weer binnenkomt (blijkt via tag te gaan), want de host was er niet om je te ontvangen. Afstand strand klein maar onmogelijk te voet te doen gezien de vele heuvels waar je overheen moet. Maar de boulevard bij strand Znjac is vorig jaar aangelegd en deze is wel mooi.

  + La posizione e’ molto comoda e l’appartamento dispone di tutto il necessario per soggiornare. Appartamento nuovo e con arredamento moderno.

  − I cuscini molto scomodi e la mancanza di servizio di pulizia. In una settimana di soggiorno non è possibile non avere un servizio di pulizia almeno ogni 3 giorni.

  + Muito confortável e limpo, bem equipado. Me senti em casa, e à anfitrião foi muito gentil ao me receber. Edificio seguro e silencioso, com uma area de sacada pequena mas bem iluminada. Recomendo

  Apartamento encantador y con estacionamiento.

  + Un apartamento super completo, muy lindo decorado y muy cómodo, con lugar designado para estacionar en el mismo edificio. La dueña nos estaba esperando y a pesar de no hablar ingles se mostró muy cordial y hospitalaria. Si bien se encuentra muy cerca del shopping mall de Split, no así del casco antiguo de la ciudad. Comunicación fluida y rápida con la dueña. Muy recomendable.
