  + O apto é exatamente como nas imagens e a localização é ótima. É bem espaçoso e tem tudo que é necessário para uma estadia de maior duração com conforto. Os porteiros do condomínio são muito simpáticos.

  − Minha única crítica é que a roupa de cama não estava limpa, porém o apto tem máquina de lavar roupas, então não foi um grande problema.

  + o dono do apartamento é agradável e disponível, mas o atendimento da estrutura do prédio bem ruim. funcionarios antipaticos, que olham o telefone e falam como se estivessem nos fazendo um favor.

  − pessoas antipaticas, dificuldade para entrar. renovei mais um dia a diaria, mas quase tive que implorar para entrar onze da noite, porque a recepção nao tinha a informaçao de que renovei mais um dia. tive que saltar do carro e ir a pe onze da noite pedir para abrir, e ao inves de abrir rapido, a mulher me olhou com cara de raiva e me pediu dados para renovar o cadastro.
