  + Our host was lovely, very friendly and helpful. The decor was beautiful and the room well appointed. Good location for the town and station. Simple check in and great air conditioning. Definitely would recommend and stay again.

  + What an amazing stay at N7 Rooms! Our room was absolutely fantastic — spacious, beautifully presented and incredibly comfortable for our 7-night stay in Florence. After a busy day exploring the city, it was wonderful to return to such a beautiful, spotlessly clean room, with fresh towels provided every day. We especially loved having the small balcony, which was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed sitting outside with takeaway meals on a couple of evenings and making the most of our little outdoor space. The location was perfect for us. Firenze SMN train station was just a 5-minute walk away, which made our day trips so easy, and everything we wanted to see and do in Florence was within walking distance. A special mention to our host, Claudio, who was incredibly helpful and welcoming. He arranged for our laundry to be collected, laundered and returned directly to our room, which was so convenient. He also provided us with lots of useful information, recommendations and helpful tips for making the most of our time in Florence. We absolutely loved our stay at N7 Rooms and would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending it to anyone visiting Florence. We would definitely stay here again if we return to Florence — it really felt like the perfect place to come home to after a day exploring this beautiful city. Thank you, Claudio, for making our stay so enjoyable!

  + Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—just a quick walk from the train station, yet wonderfully quiet with no street noise, and close to all the major attractions. The room was honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with exceptional air conditioning, a large shower, and plenty of fluffy towels. The thoughtful little touches, like sweets and water waiting for us on arrival, made us feel so welcome. I also felt incredibly safe. All the suites are on a dedicated, secure floor that has been beautifully renovated. And Claudio was an exceptional host—so warm and attentive, always checking that we had everything we needed. The whole experience was outstanding. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.
