  It was quite comfortable and we slept well.

  + Staff were friendly and helpful with our needs. Room was clean but a bit smaller than the photo. Near to Connaught place area which is a safe area in Delhi.

  + Really Appreciable Gesture and Service I would like to sincerely appreciate the entire team for their excellent hospitality, courteous gestures, and prompt efforts in resolving any concerns or conflicts. The way the team handled everything and ensured a smooth and comfortable stay was truly commendable. I am especially thankful to Mr. Tanveer, who personally came forward to understand and resolve the concern and made sure everything moved smoothly. His ownership and customer-focused approach were highly appreciated. A special thanks to Afsana for her warm gesture and genuine hospitality. She went the extra mile to make my stay more comfortable and also kindly offered me complimentary breakfast. Her thoughtful gesture made a positive difference. I would also like to appreciate Mr. Bittu for his excellent room service. His polite behaviour, professionalism, and willingness to provide assistance in accordance with the hotel’s policies were truly commendable. Overall, I really appreciate the team’s professionalism, hospitality, and commitment to guest satisfaction. Thank you all for making my stay comfortable and pleasant.
