  − El aire acondicionado no funcionaba, no avisamos para que lo revisaran pero tampoco nos avisaron ellos a nosotros y tenía pinta de estar estropeado hace tiempo.

  Estancia pésima

  − No me gustó la estancia. El hotel apaga el aire acondicionado todo el tiempo. Tuve que llamar 3 veces al día a recepción para que lo encendieran. Me parece una falta de respeto como huésped, sobre todo tratándose de un hotel de 5 estrellas. Quien debe decidir si el aire acondicionado está encendido o no es el huésped, no recepción. El lugar es extremadamente ruidoso porque está frente a una avenida muy transitada.

  Muy mala experiencia

  − El estado de las instalaciones. El servicio pesimo. Descoordinado. La falta grave de comunicación entre los equipos del hotel. Fue desgastante. Se dañaba la televisión , el baño , la caja fuerte. Una y otra vez las cosas. Estuvimos 13 días. Es como habernos quedado donde una tía. La habitación helada. Fue Imposible variar la temperatura. Lejos de parecer un NH Collection. Es dinero perdido. No lo recomiendo. No dejaron de disculparse a diario…. Un desastre.

Exemption only applies to room package rates (accommodations plus service). Please note that pets are allowed upon request and subject to approval. Dogs and cats are allowed, max. weight 25kg. A charge of COP 154.000 per pet, per night will be applied (max. 2 pets per room). Guide dogs free of charge. A deposit may be required at the property.
