  − Чистота не очень, застиранные полотенца, были заявлены тапочки их не было. Отель далеко не пять звёзд.

  + Удобное месторасположение, 5 мин до метро (обратно в горку), одна остановка до отогары. Район приятный, чистый. Рядом ТЦ Форум. Сам отель современный, чистый. Очень (!!!) удобные кровати и подушки. Отличный и разнообразный завтрак.

  Не понравилось, ожидали лучшего от отеля.

  + Удобная кровать, в целом неплохой спа комплекс (но туда ходят местные, не проживающие в отеле). По отелю больше ничего не понравилось. Рядом большой торговый центр.

  − Отвратительный, невкусный и скудный завтрак для отеля, у которого как бы 5 звезд. Кроме арбуза и дыни есть особо нечего. Мяса за 2 завтрака не было от слова совсем. Отсутствие в номере кучи принадлежностей (даже не было ложки для обуви, не говоря уже о зубных щетках, ушных палочках и т.д.) опять же для отеля "5 звезд". Плохая, неудобная и старая сантехника в номере и не очень хорошая в спа, скользкая плитка в душевой номера.
