  BED BUGS

  + After checking in and staying for a few hours, we noticed bed bugs crawling on the bed. Also noticed signs of bed bug infestation all around the room and they were taking beds out of other rooms in the hotel. We informed the front desk staff that we would like to check out and get our money back. We showed him a photo of a bed bug in the room and he said he could not give our money back. I would avoid this hotel at all cost.

  Great location, good budget option

  + This hotel is just next to the Sanur night market, which is a fruit/local market during the day. Also close distance to shops and beach. The room was good with the condition expected in the area, comfortable night sleep.
