  + I liked the location for the purposes of the trip, it met my expectations. I also loved the responsiveness of the staff when I needed something fixed in the room.

  − I suppose one is not used to hotels that are not manned by physical people. So, I missed the human interface, particularly when checkig in. I was very confused.
