  Venetian Elegance

  + A beautiful hotel and a wonderful base for a stay in Venice. Ca’ Bonfadini is elegant, luxurious and full of character, with beautifully designed interiors and a lovely sense of place. Our room was extremely comfortable and the overall atmosphere of the hotel made our stay feel very special. The staff were without exception polite, warm and willing to help, and we felt very well looked after throughout our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would very happily return. Ca’ Bonfadini combines Venetian character, beautiful surroundings and genuine hospitality, and was a lovely part of our time in Venice.

  − The only area that could benefit from some refinement is consistency in service and training. At times, particularly with housekeeping, service felt a little task-focused rather than guest-focused — for example, there was occasionally a sense that the priority was to complete the room servicing at a particular moment, even when it wasn’t especially convenient for us. This was a relatively minor point in what was otherwise an excellent experience, but greater attention to this would bring the service fully in line with the very high standard of the hotel itself.

Beni nezaman görseler nasıl olduğumu ve bir ihtiyacım olup olmadığını sordular. Odalar çok büyük ve temiz, sabah ve akşam temizleniyorve havlular değişiyor. Kahvaltısı çokiyi ve lezzetli. Dama restaurantta akşamüstü kanal manzarasına karşı aperativo içmek çok keyifliydi. Venedik’e tekrar gelirsem kesinlikle burayı tercih ederim. Herkese , her şey için teşekkür ederim.
