+ A very pleasant stay with my family with kids, especially thanks to the excellent and helpful staff. Manager Jane and the front desk team, Ham and Eric, were welcoming, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. I booked this property thrice during my stay in Hanoi. The rooms are a good size, with comfortable beds that made for a good night’s sleep. The staff were particularly helpful when we had to cancel another property because it was failing to meet even basic expectations. They went out of their way to help us arrange rooms here at short notice, which we really appreciated. Overall the hotel offers good value for the price. The location is also convenient. It is not right in the bustling Old Quarter, but being in the French Quarter provides a quieter setting while still making the Old Quarter easily accessible. Overall, a reasonably priced hotel with a good location, comfortable rooms, and—most importantly—excellent staff. Jane, Ham, and Eric deserve special mention for their outstanding hospitality.

We had a confortable stay because all the places are in walking distance.
+ Property is very close to all the Hanoi attractions. Walking distance to any requirement.
− Room size is bit small. It’s not a big issue….
