  住起来倒是舒服，就是附加的收费太多。

  + 住宿房间卫生干净，地理位置不错，能有联系到中文客服，且服务态度很好，因为我们两位老年人需要热水壶，她有帮助到我们。但酒店的扣费问题实在是让人无语，有必要这么圈套圈的收费吗？又是扣押金又是抵扣的，让人一头雾水，餐厅还多扣了我们的早餐费，还是回来以后 请 Booking 的客服跟酒店联系了 N 多次才给我们退回。如果不是及时打印了信用卡对账单，我们都不知道扣了一笔钱。

  − 开始房间里没有送的水，是联系了中文客服才给我们送来了水，水瓶是可以去楼道里接水的，这点儿蛮不错。

  飯店位置很便利，但距離舊金山比較亂的區域也很近，要小心別走錯方向。整體住宿還不錯，回舊金山國際機場時很方便。

  + 分離式淋浴間以及非固定式蓮蓬頭，比較適合原本的生活習慣。

  − 訂房的時候已經確認包含早餐，但每天早上用餐(自助式)時，都會收到帳單，二個人含稅大約是八十美元，服務生會說費用已經支付，但其實就是服務生(帶位、送上茶或是咖啡而已)要收小費，如果給15%小費，兩個人每天都要額外給12美元以上的小費，儘管早餐有西式與日式、很豐富，但硬被收小費的感受很不好。 房間衣櫥裡面有之前住戶留下的髒襪子，我們整個住宿期間也都沒有被收走，很傻眼~
