  prima verblijf als je op 15 minuten van het centrum wil zitten en niet in de drukte

  − Das Bett war die Granate, es schaffte es auf wunderbare Weise gleichzeitig zu hart(beim Abpolstern von Schulter und Becken)und zu weich(wenn man sich reinlegte hatte man das Gefühl in der Mitte abzusacken)zu sein. Total unkomfortabel und dringend erneuerungsbedürftig. Auch die Kissen waren unbequem.

  Ich habe mich gefreut wieder abreisen zu können.

  + Bei Ankunft hatten wir einen sehr netten jungen Herrn an der Rezeption, der uns ein gutes Restaurant empfohlen hat. Leider war dieser Herr die kommenden Tage nicht mehr da und die anderen Personen an der Rezeption waren eher wortkarg. Das Hotel ist fußläufig zur Altstadt gelegen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und groß. Das Hotel hat eine eigene Tiefgarage, was für ein Stadthotel sehr angenehm ist.

  − Das Frühstücksbuffet ist standardmäßig, man bekommt was man braucht, es ist alles etwas eng angeordnet. Man sollte sich an die Essenszeiten halten, da man, wenn man lediglich noch seinen Kaffee austrinken möchte, um 10:05 Uhr freundlich aufgefordert wird, das Restaurant nun zu verlassen. Die Servicemitarbeiter sind eher mit sich selbst beschäftigt. Die Zimmer sind zwar geräumig, allerdings fehlen Ablagemöglichkeiten, diese sind im Doppelzimmer maximal für eine Person vorhanden. Bei den Matratzen hat man leider die Federn gespürt. Maßlos gestört hat mich die Hitze im Zimmer, die mit mehr als 25 Grad fast unerträglich war. Um die Sonne draußen zu halten, mussten die Vorhänge dauerhaft geschlossen bleiben. Das zu öffnende Fenster ist eine kleine Luke, durch die keine Luft ins Zimmer gelangt. Wir haben extra ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht, allerdings war das Zimmer so warm, dass man es darin kaum ausgehalten hat. Auf Nachfrage an der Rezeption erklärte man uns "die Klimaanlage sei aus, es wäre ja immerhin schon Oktober", weshalb man uns freundlicherweise einen Ventilator aufs Zimmer bereitgestellt hat. Ohne diesen Ventilator war es auf dem Zimmer nicht auszuhalten. Seltsamerweise war es in den Fluren angenehm kühl und im Restaurant spürte man die kühle Klimaanlage von der Decke. Hier kommt man sich als Gast veräppelt vor.
