  The worst “4 star hotel” I have ever stayed in.

  + Genuinely nothing. The hotel is close to tenderloin district which is incredibly dangerous and you can’t walk around safely at night

  − Staff were incredibly unhelpful. The room was dated and generally unclean - the bedsheets were blood stained. We didn’t have a working safe so had to carry all of our valuables around with us during our stay. We asked as soon as we checked in if someone could look at the safe and were reassured they would get it working and if not they’d move us. I can confirm they did not do this and the safe didn’t work the entire time. Honestly don’t waste your hard earned money here. We travel a lot and I never leave a bad review but this hotel really warrants one.
