  Great Hospitality!

  + My experience at the Swell Pool & Bar was great! Our server Ku’ulei was AMAZING! From the moment we sat down, she was very welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind! She made sure we had everything we needed and her recommendations were spot on! Of course I would expect nothing less from a fellow Virgo. 10/10 would recommend her every time!

  Wonderful waitress

  + Our waitress kuvlei was the best! We rented a day bed by pool.our last day since our flight home was at 10 pm at night and check.out was at 11. She took great care of us. When her shift was over the next waitress forgot we were alive! Please hire more like kuvlei! She rocks!

  Exceptional Housekeeping Service

He always kept everything very clean and organized, and we really appreciated his attention to detail. He was also consistently kind, friendly, and respectful whenever we saw him. We especially appreciated how genuine and thoughtful he was. He even declined the tip we offered, which left a very positive impression on us. Beyond that, he was consistently kind, warm, and respectful, which made us feel very comfortable and well cared for. What touched us the most was that he even declined the tip we offered him. That gesture made his kindness feel even more genuine and showed us what a sincere and thoughtful person he is.   Avoid this place.

  + The location is great, and the staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. You can tell the team is doing everything humanly possible to compensate for the hotel's low standards and lack of maintenance. They deserve a lot of credit for trying to make the best of a difficult situation.

  − Unacceptable stay. The rooms were dirty, and the overwhelming, humid odor throughout the hotel was nauseating. Be warned: the room rates based on ocean views are completely misleading as the photos online do not match reality. Breakfast is vastly overpriced for what you get, restricting you to just one meal and one drink. The pool is small and overcrowded, and for the beach, they charge a service fee despite it being public, and the staff does nothing to manage crowded space or maintain distance between guests. To top it off, the beach towels provided were either filthy or frayed and damaged. You can spend 3.000 USD for 7 nights at a completely different place with improved quality.
