  − I chose to stay at this hotel for one night to do business in a nearby center the following day, but the ‘quiet’ room given to me was located right by the elevator which intermittently woke me up. All the lights in the room were not operational. And lastly the receptionist on check out was shrewd slipping out of her mouth ‘Do you know how hotels work?’ when discussing a late check out fee (although requests were previously stated). The interaction left much to be desired with a need for better verbal and online communication in regards to expectatant fees and accommodations.

  + Con independencia de las puntuaciòn anterior, no sería justo no resaltar las atenciones recibidas de todo el personal del hotel con los que hemos tenido contacto, especialmente el adscrito al restaurante, del que hemos apreciado su profesionalidad, amabilidad y siempre su disposición a hacernos sentir cómodos en una atmósfera muy agradable. Como ejemplo, citamos a Armal, el cual, a pesar de no dominar nuestra lengua, el español, fue capaz, de transmitirnos información de forma precisa.
