  Excellent location, spacious rooms

+ Excellent location, short walking distance to the best restaurants and to Michigan ave! Very friendly staff, spacious rooms and bathrooms! Marvelous view from the room!

− Could have buffet breakfast, but breakfast variety is good

  Pleasant, easy going, pleasant atmosphere

  + Location, entrance lounge

− No swimming pool, no spa, no rooftop

  Nice stay

+ The location is great and easy to get to vial rail or uber.

− Our room was nice but dusty - nothing moved when staff dusted the room. Also, house keeping didn’t come in until late in the afternoon to make-up beds. We had to go ask for clean towels on day 2

  Good location but expensive

+ Room was clean and fresh every day WiFi good

− Breakfast wasn’t included Check in was very long - marathon weekend and seemed understaffed Was offered an upgrade and at check out fee was incorrect Was charged extra fee of $83 for no apparent reason and no one could actually explain what this was for
