+ We arrived late due to our flight delay. So arrived around 12:30am and our room was small and stuffy and the shower didn’t work properly, our lights would not switch off. I called reception twice and got put on hold. I had to go myself at 2am to demand a room change. Was told they were fully booked. Young inexperienced rude staff all male. Eventually they gave me a different room after a lot of arguing and demanding my moment back. Suddenly they had availability. Would not recommmend you waste your money. It’s not a 5 star hotel. Far from it. Service and amenities are very poor. Breakfast has limited choice of food for a 5 star hotel.

  Would highly recommend

+ The Ramada is a great hotel just outside Bitez and with easy access to Bodrum. The hotel facilities are really nice - the gym and spa are amazing! Great breakfast, beautiful pool and really helpful staff. Would definitely recommend if you're looking for a relaxing getaway.
