  בגלל מזגן שלא עובד, עובדים בקבלה שנותנים הרגשה רעה, דברים לא מטופלים לוקח המון זמן. שונאים יהודים

  A great family holiday

  + The resort itself was large and centrally located, right next to the shops and the promenade. The beach was just a three-minute walk away. The hotel was lovely and clean, and the food was varied, offering something for every taste. The staff were very pleasant and helpful—always smiling—and we owe a special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Omar for his smile and for going out of his way to fulfill our every wish. We had a wonderful time and would gladly return.

  + ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Soggiorno fantastico, hotel super consigliato! Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel di nuovo a distanza di un anno dal vecchio soggiorno a Naama Bay, a Sharm el Sheikh, e ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo! La posizione è perfetta, centralissima e comoda per godersi tutto quello che la zona offre. Il cibo è ottimo, la pulizia è impeccabile e tutto il personale (camerieri, chef, bagnini, addetti alle pulizie) è stato meraviglioso: gentilissimo, disponibile, sorridente e sempre pronto a farci sentire a casa. Sono stati tutti super carini e affettuosi sia con noi che soprattutto con la nostra bambina, facendoci sentire accolti e coccolati per tutta la vacanza. Un ringraziamento speciale a Omar della reception, gentilissimo e professionale sia al check-in che al check-out. Anche quando, all’ultimo giorno, abbiamo chiesto di aggiungere il late check-out, si sono dimostrati disponibili e ci hanno aiutato a organizzare tutto senza problemi. Un’attenzione davvero apprezzata! È stata un’esperienza bellissima, fatta di comfort, gentilezza e tanta attenzione verso gli ospiti. Consigliamo assolutamente questo hotel e ci torneremo sicuramente anche l’anno prossimo molto volentieri! Grazie a tutto lo staff per aver reso la nostra vacanza ancora più speciale! ❤️🌴☀️
