  Beautiful Resort

  + The staff was absolutely expectational and anticipated all of your needs. The beach area was beautiful, and they did a great job with removing the seaweed. The restaurants offered great food options, Bordeaux was our favorite. The breakfast bar was always wonderful. The swimming pool area was nice and in the shape of an "S" but you can see how it can easily get overcrowed. (The resort is currently under renovation with adding another pool area.) The resort was very clean and nicely kept up. The entertainment was OK. The acrobatics and trapeze performers were phenomenal. The dancing components were more burlesque in nature which we didn't care for. Overall, we would stay there again.

  − We booked and asked for a room on the third floor and above with an ocean view. What was given to us was a room on the second floor with a palm tree view and you could not see the ocean at all. After four hours of much debate and discussion, they finally moved us to a room that we paid for and anticipated on getting. We had traveled for more than eight hours to arrive there, and this was very unexpected and disappointing. We feel that this room was available the whole time and put us in an uncomfortable position to complain about the room that was given to us in order to obtain the room that was paid for and expected.
