From the warm welcome when we arrived, over playing chess during the apero, enjoying the fantastic (and quiet) pool during the day, lovely (large) rooms with lots of facilities, friendly service at all times until a marvelous breakfast (in or outdoors). When entering the hotel you feel the old vibes but with all the comfort and service of a modern hotel. A special thank you to the hotel manager who arranged (and joined us!!) to a nearby hospital (Rajavej Chiang Mai hospital - if you ever need medical support... modern hospital, great service) for a small medical checkup of an insect bite from our zipline adventure in the mountains above Chiang Mai.
