  + Staff was lovely - everyone was polite and kind. Food was delicious from room service to bar to hotel restaurant.

  2 star hotel at 5 star pricing

  + It is unbelievable to me that this is a 5 star property charging a room rate with a comma. Not. Even. Close. Marriott should be embarrassed that this is the Chicago flagship. Possibly the worst night of sleep i have had in a hotel in 30 years in sales. Everything here is cheap except the price. From the absolute garbage pillows in your room (that can be switched...for OTHER garbage pillows) right down to the prison grade toilet paper in your bathroom. It’s like staying in a Super 8, but for a grand a night.
