  + O hotel é maravilhoso, a limpeza maravilhosa e os funcionários excelentes e super prestativos. O Ricardo super me ajudou com as malas e outra emergência que eu tive . Com certeza irei voltar.

  A lovely friendly hotel and with helpful staff

  + It was centrally located and in a quiet alleyway - so the best of both worlds!

  − Unfortunately the water for the shower was lukewarm on our first day but when we told the staff they had it fixed promptly. We also found the coffee machine hard to operate (perhaps some simple instructions might be helpful?) and asked for a kettle which they happily provided.

  + Emplacement central mais au calme. Proche magasins, restaurants, arrêt du bateau, Palazzo Grassi e ponte dell’Academia. Lits confortables. Menage et bouteilles d’eau. Belles parties communes.

  − malheureusement la climatisation est très bruyante, sans possibilité de réguler la puissance. Il faut donc l’arrêter la nuit pour dormir; or lorsqu’il fait très chaud, c’est vraiment embêtant.
