  ​Pessima esperienza per un 5 stelle: disservizi continui e standard ben lontani dalle aspettative

  − Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura con grandi aspettative, trattandosi di un hotel dichiarato a 5 stelle, ma la realtà si è rivelata ben diversa dai servizi promessi. Siamo persone che tendono ad adattarsi facilmente e a non lamentarsi per le piccole cose, ma la quantità di disservizi vissuti durante la vacanza richiede una segnalazione chiara. ​I problemi sono iniziati subito con la camera: nonostante avessi espressamente richiesto una stanza per non fumatori, ce ne è stata data una per fumatori ed estremamente sporca. Alla prima lamentela, la reception si è limitata ad assicurarmi una pulizia a fondo per eliminare il problema, ma l'intervento è stato del tutto superficiale. L'odore acre di fumo era talmente impregnato nei tessuti da finire per appuzzare anche i nostri vestiti, e solo dopo una seconda e più decisa protesta ci hanno finalmente trasferiti in una stanza non fumatori, molto più pulita e idonea. ​La disorganizzazione è proseguita con il trattamento All Inclusive. Non essendoci stati consegnati i braccialetti all'arrivo, il personale ci fermava continuamente a ogni passaggio per verificare la nostra posizione, costringendomi all'ennesimo chiarimento in reception. La gestione degli asciugamani è stata poi un incubo: per ben quattro volte consecutive il personale di sala li ha ritirati senza lasciarne di puliti, lasciandomi al momento della doccia con due bambini piccoli e nessun modo per asciugarli. Per non parlare dei teli piscina, introvabili se non andando al punto di raccolta all'alba, cosa assurda per chi si trova in vacanza e vorrebbe solo rilassarsi. ​Infine, anche sulla ristorazione siamo rimasti fortemente delusi. Non è una questione di fare gli italiani viziati o di pretendere la cucina di casa, ma abbiamo fatto davvero fatica a trovare piatti edibili per la totale assenza di alternative valide e per la qualità davvero scarsa dell'offerta.
