Exceptional and memorable stay
+ I book a room for a christmas treat to my friends, the team really anticipate and go above and beyond. They upgrade my room even without asking for it and extend their excellent service to my friends. The room was huge and comfortable. The club lounge and reception are the best hightlights. I would like to special mention to Ms Jolor for the exceptional service and friendliness, to Sharmain who are very welcoming and accommodating, to Iris who is very helpful late at night they are working at the reception. The bartenders at the Docks are fantastic! We will definitely come back!

Overall it was excellent
+ The hotel environment was comfortable. We visited during the National Day holidays, and with Christmas approaching, the hotel was decorated with blooming fresh flowers, which was delightful to see. The service attitude was very good, and the staff were warm and friendly, especially the restaurant service, which was attentive and thoughtful. We hope to stay here again next time.
