+ The staff were excellent and accommodating, with Chao standing out for being especially friendly to my travel companions and I. All the staff—whether in as bar or wait staff, housekeeping, reception or behind the scenes—were always helpful, providing information or finding someone who could assist or just being friendly in general. The pools were clean, and the rooms were spacious. Access to the beach was convenient, and the buffet breakfast was well-prepared, offering a great selection for both Western and Eastern tastes. Five stars!
