  + ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Radisson Blu Hotel New Delhi Dwarka Overall, we had a good stay and would rate the hotel 4 out of 5 stars. The room service and food were excellent, especially the Risotto, which was one of the highlights of our stay. The hotel itself is quite basic and feels a little old and dated, but it was clean and well-maintained, and the customer service was generally good. The check-in experience was excellent. The attendant was very welcoming, helpful, and made us feel comfortable right from the beginning. The checkout experience was still good, although the staff seemed a little overwhelmed and busy at the time.

  − One major issue was the mattress. It was extremely soft and appeared to have lost its shape, which made sleeping uncomfortable and caused us to feel like we were sliding toward the edge of the bed. This definitely needs attention.
