  + Struttura eccezionale! L'atmosfera unisce alla perfezione lo stile tradizionale giapponese con il comfort moderno. Le camere sono ampie, impeccabilmente pulite e curate nei minimi dettagli. La posizione è fantastica, comodissima per esplorare Kyoto e ben collegata ai trasporti. Lo staff è stato estremamente gentile, accogliente e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. Soggiorno perfetto, ci ritornerei subito!

  We were very happy with everything and would definitely recommend this hotel!

  + The room was spacious and comfortable, and the location was excellent, making it easy to explore Kyoto. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially with arranging luggage delivery to Tokyo, which made our trip much easier.

  + Bella la camera con il tatami e ottima la posizione. (Per queste due cose sarebbe da 10).

  − La camera era poco insonorizzata e quindi si sentivano molti rumori provenienti dalle altre stanze. La camera inoltre era poco luminosa (compensato dalle molteplici luci presenti). Purtroppo in certi momenti si sentiva un forte odore di fognatura, che abbiamo trovato abbastanza problematico. Per finire abbiamo trovato poco piacevole anche il dover tenere azionate le due ventole del bagno 24 ore su 24 che comunque un po' di rumore lo facevano. Siamo stati 8 giorni e comunque l'esperienza è stata positiva, ma per essere perfetta andrebbero sistemate queste cose.
