  Outstanding staff

+ I had a very pleasant stay at Melt Hotel Amsterdam. The hotel itself is clean and comfortable. The surrounding area is not particularly beautiful, but once inside, the hotel feels welcoming and relaxing. The beds were excellent and the breakfast was simply amazing. What truly made this stay special was the people.A very special thank you to Peter and Milos. You’re the reason this review exists. Great hotels can offer comfortable rooms, good beds and excellent breakfasts, but making a guest feel genuinely cared for is something much rarer, you truly made all the difference. There is a huge difference between simply staying in a hotel and feeling that you are in the best possible hands, and thanks to you, that's exactly how we felt. In a world where authentic hospitality is increasingly hard to find, you reminded us what it truly means. When we return to Amsterdam, one of the main reasons for choosing this hotel again will undoubtedly be you. Thank you for your kindness, your attention and for making our stay one we will remember with great affection.

+ Great breakfast, plenty of choices. The hotel sits outside of the main town but you can walk it in an hour or you can tap on tap off on the buses or trams which are plentiful which makes it easy to get around. Staff at the Met are some of the best we've had on our trips, excellent.
