  מלון איכותי מאוד!

  + את המיקום, את הניקיון והשירותיות של הצוות גם בחדרים וגם בחדר האוכל. הארוחת בוקר היתה עשירה ומפנקת, הצוות היה קשוב לכל בקשה ועשה הכל עם חיוך. המלון ברמה גבוהה גם מבחינת סדר, נקיון, אחזקה ובמיקום שקט הרחק מהמהומה. אך עדיין באיזור מצוין וקרוב יחסית לעיר מרחק של 15-20 ד׳ נסיעה.

  − הנוף לבריכה היה מקסים אך מוקף בבניינים עם חלונות שצופים על החדר אז אי אפשר באמת לפתוח את החלון אלא רק עם וילונות מוגפים. וגם הבניינים שם לא משהו קצת הורסים את האווירה של המלון.

  I always stay at this hotel and have consistently had a lovely, comfortable experience.

  + The property was lovely, clean, comfortable, and in a great location. I really enjoyed my stay and found it very relaxing.

  Ziemlich schizophren: Kulinarisch und visuell hervorragend, olfaktorisch eine Zumutung.

  + Das Frühstück war gut, das Personal ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend. Das Design des Hotels und auch des Raumes war luxuriös und gehört zu dem besten, was ich bislang gesehen habe. Es gab kleine Aufmerksamkeiten (z.B. Gute Nacht-Bonbons)

  − Zwei Dinge standen im starken Kontrast zu dem ansonsten hervorragendem Hotel: Das Wasser im Innenpool war absolut ekelig. Es schwammen Hautfetzen, Haarbüschel, Steinchen und jede Menge unappetitliche Flocken im Wasser. Auf Nachfrage wurden die gröbsten Haarbüschel entfernt, aber die Qualität war nach wie vor schlecht. Zweiter Minuspunkt: Die beiden Badezimmer im Zimmer stanken fürchterlich nach Kloake. Der Geruch war penetrant und es wurden keine Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung getroffen.
