  Has potential and perhaps needs some renovation

  + The host was nice and polite to us, although he only spoke Russian and a bit of French (we speak neither so we had to make due with our own Serbian and a bit of mime-like hand movements). He was very forthcoming about letting us stay a couple of hours longer than the set up check-out time. After meeting up with him on the location, he handed over the keys and provided detailed instructions on how to navigate the apartment property, how to use the main gate, etc. He remained courteous and available for assistance at all times, although we did not communicate until the time for check-out. The provided sheets and towels were clean and you can find a humble selection of toiletries. The kitchen is well equipped but we did not cook much during our stay. It takes about 15-20 minutes to realistically get to a good part of the beach, and there are a couple of Carrefour almost all-day open grocery stores to get your necessities very close-by.

  − Everything was forgivable, even the lack of netting and lack of possibility to safely open the window lest you want to get bitten by lots of mosquitoes (there is a ceiling fan, but it does not feel the same to have fresh air and the same air, just spun around), but my biggest issue was the numerous anti-cockroach poison boxes set up in multiple places and then also finding cockroaches in the bathroom one morning during our stay. It feels like the property is in need of a disinsection at some point soon. Another thing to note was that the bathroom door did not close all that much, you need to pull and push it very hard to get it to move, because it was not meant to be a sliding door and this made privacy almost impossible. The beds were twin beds, but they were not the same kind so we could not really even put them together due to their height and frame difference and they were a bit creaky. Again, the host was nice and approachable, but these are just some things that would make me doubt whether I could return to this property in its current state.

  Чудове розташування, приємний власник , тиха місцевість і є дворик де можна пообідати

  + Неймовірний власник! Саме він перлина цього помешкання! Дуже доброзичливий чоловік , все розповідає показує, надзвичайна турбота про клієнтів ! Я вперше зустрічаю таке ставлення!! Це 11/10)))

  Very convenient studio apartment, clean, loads of hot water and efficient shower. Friendly host.

  + Location great for getting from the airport, and using trams, buses and getting to the station.

  − Rather dark inside without lights on due to large tree outaide the window! Difficult to find in spite of having the address, as there seems to be 3 properties called LItita at this address. I was late to meet the owner due to trying the other 2 properties first, asked for assistance from a lady living nearby who knew exactly where I should be!
