  Perfect stay in Carabanchel

  + Me and my daughter had a quite long / two weeks/ stay in Madrid for a summer course she was attending. So I was looking for a place to stay that has all the necessary amenities for a comfortable 2w stay and not just touristic come and go place. I did quite a research prior to reserving, checking both the neighborhood and the apartment reviews. Anyhow what we received really exceeded my expectation. Our host was very, very polite and helpful, and made our stay flawless. The apartment itself is very conveniently situated appr 50m to Vista Alegre Metro station, as well as close to several bus stops all heading diff directions. The neighborhood is calm, there are shops/ supermarkets very close, down the road there are some coffee shops etc. Now the apartment - it is a small, cozy space that is very well furnished and has all necessary amenities. Fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, everything was about brand new. Very important - the apartment has a central cooling/heating system, which is essential for Madrid. We are very happy to have chosen this accommodation and would be glad to have the chance to return there again in the future.

  + The apartment was super clean and tidy, all the amenities were functional and we enjoyed the stay

  − The only down side is that the apartment was located literally on the street corner on the ground floor so you enter the apartment directly from the pavement, meaning you aren't really comfortable with having your curtains and blinders open. Luckily we only spent evening/night hours inside so it didn't bother us that much but is worth noticing
