  + •La struttura in sé è moderna: ottime le camere, il balcone, l’arredamento e la piscina. •Condizionatori funzionanti e docce molto ampie •Posizione impeccabile: vicino alla spiaggia, supermercato, centro storico e vari ristoranti/bar

  − •I vicini facevano rumore e abbiamo dovuto comprare i tappi per le orecchie •la lavastoviglie era rotta e non lavava correttamente le stoviglie •il sapone, la carta igienica e il detersivo per i piatti erano quasi finiti al nostro arrivo, abbiamo dovuto comprarli noi •il pavimento non è stato lavato correttamente •Cuscini e lenzuola con federe ruvide, fastidiose per la notte •i vicini al primo piano utilizzavano la piscina a loro piacimento, mettendoci a disagio lasciando i costumi ed effetti personali sulle sdraio senza sistemarle.

  Alles in allem eine sehr schöne Unterkunft in perfekter Lage, die aber an einigen Stellen sehr gelitten hat.

  + Die Lage ist perfekt - ruhig, aber fußläufig zur Altstadt. Das Haus ist schön, der Pool natürlich prima und mit ausreichend Liegen ausgestattet. Der Schnitt der Wohnung ist großzügig und es gibt sehr viel Stauraum. Die Kommunikation und Schlüsselübergabe lief sehr gut

  − Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt aus unserer Sicht trotzdem nicht, da die Ausstattung etwas gelitten hat: - von innen verrostete Spülmaschine - Schimmel in der Dusche - wenig Besteck und z.B. kein Brotmesser - es gab nur einen Deckel für einen kleinen Topf, bei allen anderen musste man ohne Deckel kochen. - Brandlöcher im Tisch draußen - sehr befleckte Polster draußen

  Wonderful spacious apartment, steps away from the marina

  + The apartment was spacious, modern, well equipped kitchen, televisions and pool area. It was a very large apartment so lots of space for a big family! The location is absolutely superb, just a short walk to old town, very safe, clean, and right next to the Dive center and boats for rent for snorkeling excursions. Great for a stay in Krk!

  − The hot water in the shower ran out as there are several apartments in the building. Some of us took luke warm showers.

  Viel Platz, viel Licht und sehr viel Komfort in Toplage

  + Die Lage ist super, man ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Strandpromenade und hat dort auch einen schönen Strand. Man kann mit dem Auto aber auch gut Ausflüge auf der Insel machen. Wir haben zwei Wohnungen gemietet und konnten so als Familie mit zwei Kindern einen sehr entspannten Urlaub mit den Großeltern verbringen. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet. Sie ist sehr hell und ruhig. Im Sommer sind die Jalousien bestimmt Gold wert. Der Pool war wegen des schlechten Wetters für uns kaum nutzbar, aber das ist Ende Oktober auch zu erwarten. Eva ist eine tolle Gastgeberin - vielen Dank!
