  + I had a problem with my room. I asked the staff about it, and they took care of my conerns immediately. I jave stayed there 3 times during this visit... i will come back again...

  + I had an issue regarding my room, to the point I thought about leaving... the two staff on duty saw my complaint, and had me in another room within minutes... my rating reflects the overall care from staff, and as far as the first room goes... stuff happens, and you work around it... I'm happy and will return next week...

  + The street noise kept me awake for a little bit, but i had a good sleep soon enough... The staff was helpful, although we had to work through a translator app... I have booked three mire stays here, as i am quite happy with their services.
