  + This was an absolute disaster. The front gate to the building’s screen was broken so they left the gate unlocked allowing for random people to come in and knock on our door at all times of the night. When I reached out to several people employed by this company as to our dissatisfaction for the first night (we stayed two, unfortunately), no one seemed to care and I only got someone to call after calling, texting and emailing several different people and different times. This company has no concern for safety of their guests and never fixed this issue, causing for anxiety during an unsafe time (LA riots). When I called the first several times, I told them I understood because these things happen, but they refused to care about the matter or communicate. Do not stay here

The 2-Bedroom Penthouse was spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything we needed. The modern décor paired with practical amenities, like two full beds and a sofa bed, made it perfect for our group of five. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Little Tokyo, surrounded by rich Japanese heritage, cultural landmarks, and an incredible dining scene. We loved being steps away from the Japanese Village Plaza, enjoying authentic ramen and sushi, and exploring local boutiques with unique Japanese goods.

  Definitive Home Away from Home...

  + I traveled with my wife to LA for our anniversary and got to stay in this elegantly furnished apartment. Everything we need was already provided, and the host is very attentive to our needs. We will surely be back here and now with our kids for a week-long vacation.

  + I did not like that they waited until the last minute to let you know how to get into the property. I don't give personal information away via text. A conversation with an actual person would have been nice. Telling you that they will text you and that information is needed.

  + location was good, self checkin was good once you go through it one time. Original pics showed rooftop patio with pool so disappointing to find that wasn't the case with this property and felt like a bait and switch
