  + Absolutely exceeded my expectations! The location is perfect—just a quick walk from the train station, yet wonderfully quiet with no street noise, and close to all the major attractions. The room was honestly one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in, with exceptional air conditioning, a large shower, and plenty of fluffy towels. The thoughtful little touches, like sweets and water waiting for us on arrival, made us feel so welcome. I also felt incredibly safe. All the suites are on a dedicated, secure floor that has been beautifully renovated. And Claudio was an exceptional host—so warm and attentive, always checking that we had everything we needed. The whole experience was outstanding. I genuinely didn’t want to leave! I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

  + The property is gorgeous, air conditioned, very clean and comfortable, with high quality furnishings and a lovely bathroom. We were provided with toiletries, coffee and other basics to make our stay really easy. The room has high ceilings and big windows, and plenty of space. Claudio is an exceptional host, who ensured he was there to meet us, gave us tailored recommendations for where to spend time (genuine recommendations, not sponsored ones!) and was on hand for everything we needed- taking care of our bags while we explored the city after check out.

  + An absolute gem! The hotel is peaceful, spotless, and in an excellent location. We have nothing but positive things to say about the accommodation itself. What truly made our stay exceptional, however, was the owner, Claudio. We have rarely met such a kind, friendly, and genuinely helpful hotel owner. Unfortunately, we experienced a medical emergency during our stay. Claudio went above and beyond to help us in every possible way and showed sincere care and compassion throughout the situation. We are incredibly grateful for everything he did. We highly recommend staying here. Book a room, enjoy the wonderful hospitality, and experience the beauty of Florence!
